Hannah & Shannon are both amazing. Their customer service is unparalleled and it truly has been a wonderful experience to get laser treatments by them. They both go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable and at home as possible. I have been getting laser treatments from Hannah for a few years now and I would not dream of going anywhere else.

This was my first experience with laser hair removal and I'm so happy to have found this place. I was referred from a friend so I received 40% off my first package! Honestly I was so nervous about getting it done. The pain was minimal, and results were AMAZING. I haven't had to shave my underarms in almost a month, seriously life changing! I even ended up getting a laser facial and noticed the next day how great my skin looked. The place is welcoming. Hannah was so nice and professional, she took her time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. This was the best experience that I could imagine laser to be.

This place is great! I went there for a face hair removal and the experience was awesome. Hannah and Shannon are amazing. They are super nice. Just lovely. The treatment was really good It didn't hurt at all and before I knew it I was done really quick. I used to shave once a week and now it's been almost a month and I bearly have any hair. The place is super clean and cozy. Love it. I'm looking forward for my next appointment. I highly recommend this spot. You would love it too!

Hannah is the best of the best! I've been seeing Hannah for years, layering different parts. Hannah is attentive, makes the experience as painless as possible, and just a pleasure to see. The space is quaint and clean at a very convenient location in Flatiron! Would highly recommend!!

I highly suggest getting lasered at The New York Laser loft!!! I've been lasered at other laser locations  before and this by far tops them all. A very clean environment, great location, easy to find and wonderful staff! The laser machine was the least painful I have ever experienced. It has a cooling tool so right before the laser actually zaps the air it cools the area first and makes it so you don't even feel it!  For sure will be going back for a package!

Shannon & Hannah are the best! Hannah is a skilled technician who keeps you cool, calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. For such an intimate procedure, Hannah is super professional and helps educate you the entire time. It's evident that she did her research when purchasing the specific laser that she did - it's the best experience I've had with laser!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Hannah and Shannon are fantastic. They truly care about their clients and takes the time to get to know them. I've been seeing Hannah for years and was thrilled to hear that she branched out on her own to open NYLL.

I've been getting Laser Hair Removal with Hannah for a couple of years now. You have no idea how much her treatments changed the outcome! The hair seriously disappears. Both Shannon and Hannah are great to work with and the office is so nice to visit. I've had 7-8 different body areas done and all have been a success: arms, legs, upper lip, underarms, brazilian, etc. I have 4-5 friends who also go to Hannah. She is super professional and also very personable at the same time. I've been to a few laser places in the city and have never had any success until I started seeing Hannah!

In short: GET IT DONE! And stop worrying about shaving all of the time! ;o)
