• No excessive sun on the area for at least 2 weeks before and after your session (4 weeks prior if you had a sunburn on the area)

• No sunless tanning creams or spray tans 3 weeks prior

• No antibiotics for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment

• No medicated topical creams, retinol or Chemical Exfoliants on the area for 5 days prior to your appointment

• If possible, you should come to your appointment wearing no makeup

• Be sure to wear SPF before and after your appointment

• Avoid excessive heat for at least 24 hours post treatment- Including strenuous exercise, steam rooms, saunas, hot baths and showers.

  If treating an area that has had injections the following waiting periods are recommended for a safe treatment:

• Botox injections- Wait 2 weeks

• Natural Fillers (e.g. Hyaluronic acid, collagen)- Wait 4-6 weeks

• Synthetic Fillers (e.g. silicone)- Do not treat this area
